Three VIP Tiers — Bronze to Gold
The crex VIP program has three tiers in total. Each tier has a different weekly cashback rate. The higher the tier, the more cashback you earn. Each tier is described below.
New VIP members start at the Bronze tier. You can earn up to 0.3% cashback on your net losses each week.
Regular active players move up to the Silver tier. Here the cashback rate rises noticeably, up to a maximum of 0.7%.
The most dedicated players at crex reach the Gold tier. This is the highest level, where you can earn up to 1.0% cashback every week.
How weekly cashback is calculated
crex VIP cashback is a portion of your net losses — that is, your total losses minus your total winnings over the full week. This means cashback does not apply in a week where you are in net profit. Only in a week where you have a net loss will a set amount be returned to you based on your tier's rate.
This cashback is calculated automatically and added to your account at a set time. You do not need to claim it separately — crex handles the entire process.
A Silver tier member has a total net loss of ৳20,000 in one week.
The maximum weekly cashback rate for the Silver tier is 0.7%.
Calculation: ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 cashback.
How to move up a tier
Tier changes in crex VIP are fully automatic. No separate application is needed. The more consistently and regularly you stay active across different games on crex, the sooner you create the opportunity for your tier to change.
- Everyone starts at Bronze. Staying regularly active creates the opportunity to move up to Silver.
- Moving from Silver to Gold requires longer-term sustained active participation.
